Why is the seminar called “The New Rules?”
Isn’t that a bit over-dramatic?We taught a different version of this seminar for years that focused on writing better ads that would pull more responses. Since the recession, are using the internet a LOT more than they used to due to wireless internet and handheld devices. By the time people see your ad, they’ve probably already bought from somebody else. The entire seminar has changed to address the realities of marketing for remodelers now. It’s a lot harder to generate leads than it used to be.

So is this basically an internet marketing seminar?
Sort of. Our premise is that all of your prospects are going to look at your website at some point of the buying process, and they’re looking because they want to figure out who is the best company BEFORE they let a bunch of contractors in their homes for sales meetings. So yes, your website is more important than ever, and we’ll address that in detail. But we also cover many other important topics like advertising, pre-positioning, and lead handling.

is there anything new/different/worthwhile I’ll get
from the seminar that I don’t already know?Most definitely. There’s nothing like being live in a classroom and focusing all your attention on the topic at hand for a whole day. You’ll leave energized and excited about the possibilities.

What’s the deal with the $99 payment?
We’ve been holding FREE seminars for years now. Historically, about 70% of companies that registered would show up. In 2012, the number started dropping… to less than 30%. When we instituted the “pay to hold your spot” policy in 2014, we found that nearly 100% of those who register show up. It’s really just that simple.

What if I sign up but then have an emergency?
Or what if I have to leave the seminar early?We pass out the $100 cash refunds to attendees at the end of the seminar. If you can’t show up, or if you have to leave early for some reason, no refund will be issued. You can, however, attend any comparable event in the next 6 months for free to compensate.
